He has worked extensively on livelihood and resilience projects, entrepreneurship development programs, employability/job creation initiatives, and economic empowerment programs. Duncan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Project Management).
