Grace Kariuki is a certified counselling psychologist registered with the Ministry of Health and Psychologists Board. Grace brings a wealth of experience in trauma-focused therapy, case management with an experience of 15 years in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support for vulnerable populations and individuals in crisis. She has successfully implemented workplace wellness programs across various organizations, coordinating teams, facilitating group therapy, stress management sessions, HIV prevention programs and trainings, counsellors’ supervision, mentorship and curriculum development. Grace is passionate in working with communities to enhance their mental health and creating awareness. Her compassionate and client-centered approach supports individuals and teams in building resilience and achieving emotional well-being.
